This disclaimer explains the scope of content and experiences offered under the EWS and EirikWStreams brand, including our website, ebooks, digital products, merchandise, collections, memberships, community posts, videos, livestreams and personal exchanges with the creator.
It supplements the applicable Terms of Service, purchase terms and privacy notices. It does not replace those documents or change benefits expressly agreed when you purchased. References to EWS describe the brand and its offerings; the applicable terms and purchase information identify the responsible legal parties.
Personal experience and general information
EWS shares personal experiences, faith-based reflections, creative expression and general educational content. Opinions, stories, exercises and responses reflect personal perspectives and are provided to encourage thought and discussion.
These offerings do not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or professional legal, financial or investment advice. Purchasing a product, joining a membership or receiving a personal response does not establish a professional advisory or therapeutic relationship.
Seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional where your circumstances require it. Do not disregard professional advice, delay necessary care or change prescribed treatment because of something you read, hear or receive through EWS.
No guaranteed personal outcome
We do not promise a particular spiritual, emotional, health, relationship, personal-development or financial result. A personal story or testimonial describes an individual experience, not a guarantee that another person will experience the same outcome.
Book titles, challenges and suggested schedules describe themes and formats, not promises of transformation within a particular period. Christian messages and symbols express faith; they do not claim that a purchase provides healing, protection or divine approval.
Consider whether an idea or exercise is appropriate for your circumstances. Participation in reflective exercises is voluntary, and you may stop an exercise that causes discomfort. This does not reduce our obligation to describe our offerings accurately or deliver what was agreed.
Memberships and personal exchanges
The offer presented when you subscribe defines the benefits included in your membership. Access, communication formats, included digital products and any applicable conditions are governed by that offer and the applicable purchase terms. An offer for a new subscriber does not retrospectively change an existing subscriber’s agreed benefits.
Personal exchanges provide the creator’s perspectives and experiences within the agreed scope. They do not establish an ongoing duty to monitor your personal circumstances or provide professional care. Access does not, by itself, include private telephone numbers, home access, unscheduled live calls or services not included in the offer.
EWS is not an emergency or crisis-response service. Do not rely on a membership message for urgent assistance. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services rather than waiting for a reply.
We may decline requests involving unlawful assistance, harassment, disclosure of another person’s private information or professional advice outside the service’s scope. This does not permit us to withhold ordinary, in-scope benefits that were promised. This disclaimer does not introduce undisclosed message limits, remove an advertised response commitment or excuse non-delivery.
Offers and future changes
Prices, product names, membership options, promotional offers and availability may change for future purchases. The information disclosed and agreed for your transaction determines your purchase. Changes to an existing recurring subscription remain subject to the applicable terms, required notice or consent, and your cancellation and other legal rights.
Discounts and promotional benefits apply according to their disclosed conditions. They do not guarantee a particular saving unless expressly stated. Included digital content is limited to the items described in the relevant offer; future releases are included only where expressly promised.
Collection previews and community input
Images and descriptions identified as concepts, previews or forthcoming releases illustrate work in development. They are not guarantees of production, final design or release dates. Actual products offered for purchase are governed by their sale descriptions and purchase terms.
Polls and suggestions help inform creative choices. Participation does not guarantee that a particular idea will be produced or confer ownership in the business, decision-making authority, royalties or commission rights. Any separately agreed collaboration or commercial arrangement remains governed by its own terms.
Ebooks and digital products
Digital products include the formats and content stated in their listings. No physical copy is included unless expressly described. Check the stated software and device requirements and contact support if a supplied file is faulty or inaccessible.
Unless a different licence is expressly provided, ebooks and worksheets are supplied for personal use. You may retain reasonable backup copies and complete exercises for yourself. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, resale or public uploading of complete files requires permission, subject to exceptions and rights provided by law.
You do not need to submit completed personal reflections to use an ebook. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when discussing an exercise with others.
Merchandise and product imagery
Refer to each product’s description, materials, size guide and care instructions before ordering. Screens, lighting and production processes may cause minor variations in appearance. These variations do not justify a material departure from the description, defective goods or unsafe products.
Follow the product’s care and safety information. Faith-based apparel and artwork are creative products, not protective equipment or therapeutic products unless a particular item is expressly and lawfully described otherwise. Consumer guarantees and product-safety rights remain unaffected.
Community participation and privacy
Treat others respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam or disclose another person’s private information. Community members’ statements are their own views and are not automatically endorsed by EWS. Constructive criticism and honest reviews are welcome.
Consider the audience before posting. A members-only space is not a professionally confidential setting, and private creator exchanges do not carry therapist–patient or lawyer–client privilege. Please avoid posting medical records, identity documents, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
The applicable privacy notices explain how personal information is handled. This disclaimer does not grant permission to publish private messages, personal stories or identifying information, or waive data-protection rights. Public reuse of a private contribution requires a separate appropriate permission or other lawful basis.
External content and services
Links, embedded material and third-party services may be provided for convenience. Their inclusion does not automatically mean EWS endorses every statement they contain. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information when using an external service. This does not exclude any responsibility EWS has under applicable law for its own representations or activities.
Purchases and statutory rights
Fourthwall is the seller for products and memberships purchased through our Fourthwall storefront, while EWS provides the advertised creator membership benefits. The applicable purchase terms address payment, subscriptions, delivery, cancellation and refunds. Transactions through another provider are subject to that provider’s applicable purchase terms.
Nothing in this disclaimer imposes a blanket no-refund rule, waives a statutory withdrawal right or removes remedies for faulty products, misleading descriptions or undelivered benefits. Any exception to a withdrawal right must meet its legal conditions; this disclaimer does not itself obtain the consent required for an exception.
Responsibility
You decide how to apply general ideas to your circumstances. EWS’s responsibility depends on what was agreed, its conduct and applicable law. EWS does not undertake to provide services outside the agreed scope.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or breaches of mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. It does not excuse misleading statements or failure to deliver purchased benefits.
If any provision is legally ineffective, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Your mandatory rights take priority over conflicting wording. This disclaimer does not create a new arbitration requirement or prevent you from contacting a regulator, consumer authority or competent court.
